Founder & Chairman
Kevin Jonas, Sr.
Kevin Jonas Sr. is a visionary entrepreneur and legacy-driven leader whose career bridges the worlds of music, entertainment, and hospitality with a rare blend of faith, strategy, and heart. As the founder of Jonas Group Entertainment Holdings, he has built a multifaceted entertainment company encompassing artist management, a record label (Red Van Records), music publishing, brand sponsorship, and television and film development — all anchored in integrity and rooted in family values.

Renowned as one of the architects behind the Jonas Brothers’ rise to global success, Kevin has guided Grammy-nominated artists and emerging talent with a keen eye for longevity and authenticity. Today, his efforts focus on acquiring publishing and master rights across pop, country, and Christian genres, while expanding into sports management and values-aligned brand partnerships.

​In addition to his work in entertainment, Kevin is the proud founder of Nellie’s Southern Kitchen, a beloved restaurant concept honoring his family’s Southern roots. With locations in Belmont, North Carolina, and Las Vegas, Nevada, Nellie’s delivers heartfelt hospitality and memory-filled meals that celebrate tradition, faith, and family.

George Kreis
George Kreis pairs together over 25 years of diversified expertise and experience across entertainment, media, finance, and strategic business consulting.
Prior to joining Jonas Group, George spent well over a decade as a senior executive for a globally recognized corporate consulting firm. George has worked closely with major motion picture companies, media networks, hospitality ownership groups, as well as leading consumer facing brands.
A former drummer and entertainment personality, George has been featured as the opening act for such musical artists as Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, Nick Lachey amongst others. As Kevin Jonas Sr. fondly recalls, “George was one of the original people who actually traveled along with the Jonas Family in the infamous Red Van that was used during their earliest years of touring.”

President, Jonas Group Publishing
Leslie DiPiero
Leslie DiPiero has over 25 years of experience in the music industry and has most recently led Tree Vibez Music – the music publishing company founded by Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line – as General Manager.
In her six years as the general manager, DiPiero has overseen the signing of eight new writers to the Tree Vibez roster, assembling a hit-making lineup that has produced 500 cuts, 50 singles, and 24 #1 songs. Catalog highlights include: 2019 CMA Single of the Year and 2022 ASCAP Song of the Year.
Previous career stops for DiPiero include working for Music Row legends Buddy Killen (Killen Music) and Barry Beckett (Beckett Music Group), landing a partner-level position with Tom-Leis Music, along with leading the Advanced Alternative Media Nashville office (AAM).
DiPiero remains a strong leader of the music community and has served on several boards, including four years as Governor for the Nashville Chapter of The Recording Academy, the T.J. Martell Foundation Board of Directors for the Nashville Chapter, the Advisory Board for The Women’s Fund of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, and Chic Awareness for Ovarian Cancer Research. She is also currently serving on the Nashville Recording Academy Board.
She is a proud alumna of Leadership Music (Class of ’07), a Music Row Rising Women recipient (2018), and is also a member of ACM, AIMP, CMA, NMPA, NSAI, and The Recording Academy.

Vice President of Administration
Amanda Hruska
Amanda Hruska serves as the Senior Director, Head of Administration at Jonas Group Publishing, bringing over 15 years of experience in the music industry. Before joining Jonas Group, she was Vice President of Catalog Administration at Lyric Capital Group. Prior to that, she spent seven years as Head of Copyright at Round Hill Music. Amanda's career also includes copyright roles at Warner/Chappell Music and Bug Music in Los Angeles where she worked with legacy catalogs. Deeply engaged in the evolving landscape of music publishing, Amanda is an active member of industry organizations such as AIMP, SOURCE, and the Copyright Society of the South. In 2024, she was elected to the Board of Directors for the Copyright Society of the South. Originally from Illinois, Amanda earned her degree in Music Business in St. Paul, Minnesota. She currently resides in Nashville, TN, with her husband, two sons, and two cats.

Creative & Sync Licensing
Abby Lin
Abby Lin joins The Jonas Group with over 30 years of experience in music licensing, most recently serving as Vice President of Film & TV Sync Licensing at Sony Music Entertainment. At Sony, Abby was instrumental in shaping SyncShop’s film, TV, and sync licensing strategy. She championed the company’s diverse global roster: landing major placements across film, television, streaming platforms, network campaigns, and sports content. She also co-developed and hosted exclusive songwriting camps, bringing together songwriters and producers to create original music tailored for sync. Many of these songs went on to be featured in major films, television shows, trailers, and commercials.
Abby began her sync licensing career right after graduating from UCLA, starting at Windswept Pacific before going on to hold roles at SonyBMG, Zomba Music Publishing, and Rondor Music International Inc.. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about finding new ways to connect music with meaningful storytelling. She’s known for being a strategic thinker, a creative collaborator, and someone who genuinely cares about both the music and the people behind it. Abby looks forward to mentoring talent, sharing musical gems, and creating fresh opportunities for The Jonas Group’s songwriters and artists.
Outside of work, Abby can be found binge-watching her favorite programs, baking up something sweet, or hunting down the best eats in town, preferably after a great live show.

Recording and Masters
Laurel Kittleson-Cobb
Laurel Kittleson-Cobb is the founder of Rainier Entertainment, a music consulting firm specializing in A&R, publishing, artist development, and management. She consults with Jonas Group companies, 19 Recordings, and works independently with artists like Caroline Jones. Laurel also co-manages country artist Eric Paslay.

She co-owns Dream 3 Publishing, a joint venture with Kobalt, representing a dynamic roster of writers. Previously, Laurel served as VP of A&R at Curb Records and held A&R roles at Big Machine, Show Dog–Universal, and Elevation Music, where she helped launch artists including Brett Young, Hannah Ellis, and Kelsey Hart.

Throughout her career, she has worked with notable artists such as Taylor Swift, Reba McEntire, Florida Georgia Line, and Rascal Flatts. A Belmont University alum, she is a member of the Recording Academy, CMA, ACM, and a MusiCares Ambassador

Executive Assistant
Carla Moore
Carla Moore is the Executive Assistant at Jonas Group Entertainment. She brings over 30 years of administrative experience to the table with expertise in scheduling and correspondence.
Prior to her role at Jonas Group Entertainment, Carla worked with the North Carolina Department of Public Health, where she directly supported high-level managers during her tenure. Her wealth of experience and expertise make her an invaluable asset in her current role, ensuring smooth operations and efficient support for the team.

Creative Consultant
Victoria Goodvin
Victoria comes to Jonas Group with 11 years of publishing experience. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Wide Open Music, where she played a key role in building and managing the publishing company for three years, following the sale of Wide Open’s original company and catalog in 2020. Prior to the sale, Victoria was Creative Director at Wide Open Music. In addition to publishing, she also contributed to the day-to-day management of their artist roster. During her time there, they celebrated 4 back-to-back #1’s on their rising artists, and she worked alongside prominent artists and songwriters such as Paul Sikes, George Birge, Jaron Boyer, Matt Stell, Maddie Larkin, Seth Alley, and Neal Coty.
Before joining Wide Open Music, Victoria held the position of Creative Director at other independent companies, Row Entertainment & Liv Write Play. She began her career in the music industry at Song Factory (now Riser House), where she worked closely under Jennifer Johnson with songwriters including Bart Butler, Jon Pardi, Dustin Lynch, Larry McCoy, Ashley McBryde, and Olivia Rudeen.
In addition to her extensive publishing experience, Victoria co-founded For The Record in 2023 with her husband, Aaron Goodvin. The company was created to help independent artists navigate the evolving music industry landscape. Connecting new artists with the Nashville songwriting community and helping find their next single for streaming.
A native of North Carolina, Victoria moved to Nashville in 2009 to pursue her career in the music industry after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Industry Studies from Belmont University.

Artist Management
Rachel Inglesino
Rachel Inglesino serves as an Artist Manager with Jonas Group Entertainment, where she represents a roster of emerging artists across various music genres and is known for stewarding the next generation of musical talent.
She joined the group in 2020 following her previous role as Assistant to Joe Jonas during the ‘Happiness Begins’ resurgence of the Jonas Brothers. Now based in Nashville, TN, the New Jersey native began her career at The Bryce Jordan Center, located on Penn State University’s campus, where she also earned her undergraduate degree. As a part of the venue management and marketing teams, she oversaw national touring shows including the likes of Elton John, Miranda Lambert, Travis Scott, Thomas Rhett, Kevin Hart, Metallica, Justin Timberlake, and many more.
Recognized for her dedication and expertise, Rachel was recently selected as a professional member of the 2023 Recording Academy membership class, joining countless creators and professionals who serve, celebrate, and advocate in the name of music year-round.
As an advisory board member with the non-profit Musicians on Call (MOC), she serves to bring the healing power of music to patients, families, and caregivers in healthcare environments. Her commitment to service underscores her belief in the transformative role music has to uplift and heal.

Artist Management
Raymond Boyd
Raymond A. Boyd is a 3 time Grammy Award winning songwriter and drummer bringing over 20 years experience in the music and entertainment industry. Collectively, his project contributions have sold over 20 million units. Raymond is also co-writer of the Jonas Brother’s global smash hit, “When You Look Me In The Eyes”.
Previously, Mr. Boyd was co-founder and Vice President of Multitacks.com. He co-founded the company which provides backing tracks to churches to facilitate live worship performances. In addition to launching the brand, Mr. Boyd co-created and developed the core product and was critical in establishing the foundational partnerships with the major labels.
Raymond A. Boyd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Music and Entertainment Industry Studies from Belmont University in Nashville, TN and a Practical Theology degree from Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, TX. Mr. Boyd lives in Austin, TX with his wife of 27 years and their three children.

Emmie Chan
As seasoned brand partnership professional, Emmie has been fostering impactful collaborations and driving strategic initiatives for her clients for just under a decade. In advertising, Emmie’s commitment to excellence, attention to detail, plus that intuitiveness you can’t quite teach have all positioned her as a dynamic force in the industry.
Before joining her new venture, Emmie worked with media guru, Sean Finnegan, at his latest venture VO. She has managed several celebrity sponsorships for high-profile clients, helping her establish key relationships with decision-makers across the industry.
Emmie now works as the Director of Brand Partnerships for Jonas Group Entertainment, helping drive their brand partnerships to new heights. In short, her strategic prowess and ability to care for her clients have been instrumental in shaping successful partnerships and driving business growth.

Catalog Assistant - Project Manager
Eilee Brenzel
After graduating from Belmont University in December 2024, Eilee officially joined the Jonas Group Entertainment family as Catalog Assistant on the publishing side. The Midwest native started her time with the team in June 2023 as an intern on the publishing team, working in depth with the company's catalog management. Alongside interning and classes, Eilee was a member of BMI Catalog Cast, Music Row Promo, and was a member of Collegiate DECA.
